Bookings are not considered confirmed until a signed Rental Agreement, photo ID, and first payment have been received. Please read terms below before booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cancelled 30 days before check-in date will receive a full refund. - Bookings cancelled 15-29 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental fees and taxes. - Trips cancelled 14 days or less before check-in will not receive a refund.
House Rules
- Maximum number of overnight guests is 6. - No one under the age of 25 without a parent or guardian. - No parties or large events. - No pets. - No smoking.
Payment Schedule
- 50% percent of the rental amount is required at time of booking to hold the reservation. - The balance of the rent, the cleaning fee, and the damage deposit are due 30 days before check-in. - If reservation is made 30 days or less before the arrival date, the entire amount will be due at time of booking.
